In case you're new to the AT Protocol – the open, interoperable protocol behind Bluesky – this podcast with their CEO @jay.bsky.team is a great intro. It left me hopeful that perhaps Bluesky won't also become enshittified in 10 years. (And if it does, at least it will be easier to move accounts)
OK, time to rebuild my social network just because I'm starting on a new platform that's an almost exact duplicate of the platform that I left. Wouldn't it be great if social media were interoperable instead?
