Yup! It's ASA filament smoothened with acetone vapor. Haven't committed to any actual parts yet. Just getting a feel for an efficient setup to use this method more often.
It does but not noticeably! Gonna do a couple more test prints to see just how much the tolerances are affected. I'd imagine it's nothing compared to just how prints come out day to day what with bed lifting and layer shifting happening whenever it feels like it.
