In Florida the theme park vlogging world is hugely competitive. Vloggers race to have a video for a new hotel edited and published by 1pm (local Orlando time) of the same day they checked in. Hats off to those creators. I can’t even imagine the pressure to race & be first there.

I had no idea that Thierry Coup was principal production designer of DisneySea’s mysterious island. I feel like I only knew about his accomplishments overseeing projects as creative director. Makes that man’s career even that much more impressive to me.
Update: someone is telling me the Bucca de Peppo closure was inaccurately reported by a news outlet and isn’t true. The rest are confirmed however.

It seems like Citywalk Hollywood will be very different in a couple years. Especially if the new hotel is built in front of the park.

Somehow our Osaka food tour video is outpacing all of our Japan videos except two of them (and this includes Fantasy Springs and USJ). I did not expect this. 😲

One of my favorite things to do is to go back through the older videos of a YouTube channel we’ve recently discovered and skip around watching as the creators evolve from their early days when they were trying to figure out their storytelling style into what they are today when we discovered them.

Someone just tried to tell me there is nothing to do in Galaxy’s Edge so I sent him a playlist of the 92 videos we have filmed inside the land over the last 5 years 😂

My YouTube shorts stream is just some guy named Josh who orders lots of food at restaurants and gives it to homeless people, a photographer who surprises people on the street with a photo session, and a woman named Simji who surprises businesses with rugs. It’s delightful.
I was surprised at how different things were, even when it looked very similar!

1. This starship is old and doesn’t have those capabilities
2 or a pirates starship purposely doesn’t do that to protect their crew
3. Or SM33 wiped the memory after they jumped to protect the secret.

When you post an opinion online and someone just replies “completely disagree”, what’s the point? Tell me why I’m wrong. Show me what I was missing. Replying “you’re wrong” accomplishes nothing and adds nothing to the conversation.
And it was also the first time it felt like a tv show that was grinding its gears, setting a mission of the week which doesn’t really progress the forward momentum much.
Tonight’s Skeleton Crew was my least favorite episode of the series so far — but it had some fun ideas (the alternate At Attin for instance), I just don’t think this episode was something I was looking for in this kind of show …
