I dunno. It’s like campaigning mainly for people who hit 35 or so, see that the world around them doesn’t match the one their parents told them to expect, and then rather than thinking “cool, let’s understand this and maybe adapt a bit”, scream SOMETHING MUST BE DONE and go looking for a manager.
btw about that pixar thing, the reason why these people think having a conversation about gay people with kids is difficult is because they don't know a way to say to their kid "gay people are normal but you are not allowed to be one" without sounding like a bigot (there is a reason for that)
