So my story "Training Puppies" made it to the top 64 of the "hidden dungeon" genre this time for WB... but my daughter, Julia Jane Wilkins won her biopunk genre!!!
@annewilkins
I live in New Zealand crafting stories in my spare time (what's that?). I'm new to this whole Bluesky thing, so go easy on me, I'm technically "old folk" status. www.annewilkinsauthor.com www.facebook.com/annewilkinsauthor instagram.com/annewilkinsauthor

Thanks Sandra. That's really kind of you to say.
Very happy to have squeezed in at number 19 of the top 25 stories for the TL;DR Press contest. This story will end up being published in an anthology to be released later this year. It was horror themed, and my prompts were a volunteer, and an old TV set.
Very happy to share with you my story "Spiders Eat Their Own" published in MetaStellar today! Whoop! Whoop! π

Thanks. Yeah, I spot that word "unfortunately" straight away in emails and my heart always sinks a little, but it's just part of writing life.
Lots of rejections lately, but there is some good news. I have a micro-story featured in The Anomaly: Year One ebook out in the world today! Copies are only .99: www.amazon.com/dp/B0G59YKK61
It is a real privilege to have my work featured alongside the amazing authors in this collection.
