The thing I run into a lot at work, and it drives me up a wall, is the way that generative AI has made certain types of people think they know how to do things they absolutely do not.
I've heard Baltoz and Doppio are the best options to try now that PG's is over. I'll get around to it someday. Nothing will ever quite hit like back bar movie night and mezcal picklebacks, though.
(and, to be clear, we loved the staff there, it's just... we knew we were in it for the long haul on the nights we went there)
One night we were there and an older couple beside us ordered this, and we watched in fascination as they shoveled the salad on top of the pizza. They insisted we try it. We did. It changed our lives.
So many of our early dates were there. The service sucked but that's Baltimore.
I answered a similar question while back with a NYC spot. This time I'll go Baltimore:
I would do unspeakable things for just one more serving of Paulie Gee's cheese pizza topped with their arugula salad (light lemon vinaigrette included).

I have spent months not reading fic because I've been studying for the course I was taking. Passed the course on Saturday. Coincidentally, WWIII probably started that day too. Have been trying to read as both escape and reward since yesterday. AO3 is down. Over and over. And now indefinitely.
they're trying to kill my beautiful wife (ao3) but the doctors (volunteers) in the ER are doing everything they can.. come home wife .... the kids miss you........
Also yes I am aware of the news and I simply cannot be engaged with it on this website along with all the other places I am engaged with it. I'm tired and trying really hard to do my best to live.
I'm really pleased to say I'll be working with a pair of seasoned agents who prioritize safe, secure housing for real people in our state, NOT developers, and especially work with women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. They're awesome and I feel really good about learning from them.

Amazing - I will admit I literally just complained that speed skating doesn't do it for me because I am scared of those skates and it feels like NASCAR on ice. HOWMEVER Alex got mesmerized by curling this year.

There really is nothing better than cancelled plans. (Though I was excited for the party and will be happy to go to the rescheduled date.)
We were supposed to go to a birthday party a good 30 minutes away from home tonight, and that got cancelled due to to weather. As a result, we have turned Sunday into the perfect mix of doing things and doing nothing. I cleaned my makeup brushes. I finally unpacked the last bedroom box.
