Last clear and dark night for quite a while, so up late imaging the majestic Orion nebula with a look at the Dumbbell and Crab nebulae too. ZWO Seestar s50. Still amazed at what this wee device can do!

Horse Head nebula, Triangulum Galaxy (M33), and Pac-Man nebula as seen from my garden tonight. (Bortle 5 sky and approx 90 min x 10s mosaics each). Images right out of a Seestar S50 smart telescope to my phone with minimal tweaks to levels and saturation. Officially impressed by this wee machine.

Yes. Mine came with it. It should start up in auto flash mode with buttons to force on or off. With the switch it stays in the mode you choose. Much easier. Apparently a very simple mod if you can actually find a switch!
Yes! Even more so when it has the 28ti flash switch retrofitted.
Just waiting for the final wax to dry. New camera strap done. 4cm soft crazy horse middle. 1.5cm firm veg tan ends. Length adjustable over 2 studs. I’ll put it on a camera tomorrow and see how it behaves.
