There seems to be a theme, here. Maybe Epstein's really role was to collect kompromat for Russia.

I know it won't make any difference to his voters, who pay no attention to what's actually going on, and think foresight is for pussies and consequences can be wished away.
But if Farage was PM, we'd now be in a moronic, illegal war he demanded we join 2 days ago, and now thinks is a disaster.
Screeching 180 from Reform leader Farage whoβs gone from Trumpian βBomb the Islamistsβ to βWe cannot get involved directly in another foreign war, we donβt have a Navy, we canβt even defend our own military base in Cyprusβ overnight.
Heβs seen the polling showing the public donβt support the war.
It is quite possible to see the Trump presidency entirely through the prism of market manipulation for private gain.
The Iran war should be a lesson for Keir Starmer's Government. If you take a clear line on an issue where the public agree with you then it's your opponents who end up having to back down, not you
I'm calling this untrue. Amazon notice a pattern if it happens regularly and start investigating. Anyone copying this could go to jail.
Taking that into account. the main problem is the weight.
I can actually give you a reasonable estimate of that, having been in charge of disseminating leaflets / hand delivered letters for delivery in various council wards for some time. About four-five Tesco bags, tenaciously stretched, for about 1,000, as an order of magnitude estimation.
Then only the registered English couple would have been able to vote and the 'thousands' of foreigners living in the same residence would have had no effect on the election result.
Does Goodwin actually understand the British electoral system?
Pretty difficult to refute a single thing in this perfect assessment of where the f**k we are, from @iandunt.bsky.social:
The buses are slowed by the congestion, which means more people using cars, which means buses are slowed further. This appears to be a politically impossible square to circle. Yet, if all cars were off the road during this time, the buses would move quickly and more buses would be possible.
This is actually true at rush hour. It can take over an hour by bus if you try to catch a bus (often very late) from 7.30 to 9.00 am. Which is why people take cars and why it can take over 45 minutes by car during the same period.
Case for outlawing 24-hour news channels unless in a case of emergency declared?
Isn't that the pothole patcher?
This is important. Reform keep taking positions that are only supported by the 25% of the electorate they already have and in doing so are negatively polarising everyone else against them.
@greatbritishmenu.bsky.social - Orry told another chef to fry his fish and then criticised him for frying the fish at the tasting. This is blatant undermining and he does not deserve to win anything. Do something about it!
Watching #greatbritishmenu Scotland - happy to see Adam Handling, as always but gobsmacked by how obviously the one big, confident chef is so obviously undermining all of the other cooks when they are cooking. @andyoliver247.bsky.social - do something about it!
FIFA peace prize, thobut. Keep your eye on the real honour.
A remarkable statistic from G&D is that the Labour and Green vote combined was 65%. Reform was on 29%. That means that whoever was the candidate (Labour or Green) that the tactical vote got behind, Reform was going to be second. If the 65% had split evenly, Reform would be third.
Good to see Goodwin, Tice, Fromage et al blame their loss on 'cheating by the forrins'. It means that they're never going to figure out why they didn't win and will carry on making the same mistakes.
Dr Naomi Wolf @naomirwolf Terrifying. Also confirms/explains the conversation I overheard in a restaurant in Manhattan 2 yrs ago in which an Apple employee was boasting about attending a top secret demo: they had a new tech to deliver vaccines w nanopatticles that let you travel back in time. Not kidding
Happy 5th birthday to Naomiβs Time Travel Nanopatticles
Yes. Labour needs to give the progressive coalition of the left reasons to get behind them.
Yes. We should regulate the supply of girls to greasy men in perma-pressed blue suits, as well as make sure that women having white babies are applauded and rewarded while women having brown babies are punished.

If you find yourself talking to a candidate on your doorstep, ask them about these principles and whether or not they have promised to adhere to them.
Now, obviously, elected members of government should adhere to these prinicples as well as the civil service that is carrying out their instructions. But what about political candidates? A candidate is not yet elected, after all.
You can read more about them here (yes, that is a government website): www.gov.uk/government/p...
Let's have a little think about the Nolan Principles. They're a set of ethical standards that holders of public office in the UK are supposed to adhere to. The Principles are summarised by seven words: Selflessness, Integrity, Objectivity, Accountability, Openness, Honesty, and Leadership.
If anyone thinks Farage is a responsible leader they need to give their head a wobble
Anyone else see pictures like this of Goodwin recently and think to themselves "Matt's hitting the Wegovy waaaay to hard."
There's a look, and he's got it. He can barely keep his head up.

Respectfully, I disagree.
