For Reform, see the Tories. ♻️

Like the Tories, Reform's uncosted plans will cost our communities dearly - and only Plaid Cymru can stop them.

For new leadership and to stop Reform, vote Plaid Cymru on 7 May 2026. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

What's small, covered in feathers, and loves sweets? The subject of our #PictureOfTheWeek, of course!

🍯 The honeyguide depends on eating wax from honey bees. But the bird can’t get into hives on its own, says ecologist Rob Dunn. So it strikes up a sweet deal with humans: buff.ly/nG8WlwU

What The Label Of ‘Genius’ Tells Us About Our Society In “The Genius Myth,” Helen Lewis argues that who we call a genius reveals more about our values than any objective measure of brilliance.

A new book asks: What does it really mean to be a genius?

Meet 3I/Atlas, An Object From Another Solar System The third interstellar object ever observed is in our neighborhood—for now. And, asteroid Bennu could contain dust from far-off solar systems.

Earlier this summer, astronomers spotted a comet visiting us from another solar system. Plus, scientists studying dust from the Bennu asteroid found stardust that's older than our solar system.

This image highlights NASA’s Voyager 1 spacecraft, the farthest human-made object from Earth, depicted traveling through deep space with distant planets and stars in the background. Voyager 1 is shown as a black and silver probe with a large white dish antenna, long extended boom, and instruments pointing outward, symbolizing its ongoing mission. Text overlaid on the image reads: “Voyager 1, which is now 25 billion kilometres away, is travelling at 61,200 km/h and still functions with only 69 KB of memory.” The bold design emphasizes the incredible fact that a spacecraft launched in 1977 continues to operate after nearly five decades, despite running on memory far smaller than even the simplest modern devices. The background features a reddish planet surface resembling Pluto or another icy world, set against a star field. The post conveys awe at Voyager’s endurance, speed, and distance, underscoring human achievement in space exploration.

It still blows my mind that Voyager 1 has been travelling through space at over 60,000 km/h for as long as Ive been alive - and it still hasn’t even reached the Oort Cloud.. 🤯🤯🤯

It should reach the edge in about 300 years from now! 🚀
