Some of our Highland IC lads made a trip along the Normandy coast this week to pay respects to the 51st Highland Division at St Valery. Well done guys.
Why the Cairngorms? In the 60’s two mountain bothies were built on the high plateau, named in honoured memory of the exploits of two of the 51st Highland Divisions notably histories: St Valery and El Alamein.
