It’s possible there is an underlying “specific language impairment” from childhood if that’s accurate.
These ppl don’t fair well in life and often end up in prison so you may be on to something.
It is called “agrammatism”
It’s language deficit related to his aphasia (“loss” of language due to brain trauma/damage.)
He obviously has had at least one stroke and as a result his language has been impacted.
The stroke is coupled with dementia which will also impact language.

Community pressure got them home. So many more do not have that support.

They would rather an innocent Black man die than to admit they were wrong or complicit.

I’m not opposed to them but our communities are not designed to accommodate them and the president stopped funding any Biden projects installing them.
That is by design because we also have the highest gas prices in the city as well as the least reliable public transportation. Its systemic.
I live in a Black neighborhood full of multi unit dwellings, many with parking-none w/EV charging stations.
In fact there are none in my community nor the neighboring communities with the exception of the one mixed race neighborhood where university is.
