Just viewed my IPhone usage report. Since quitting FB and Insta, I’ve gotten back an average of 51 minutes of my life each day. I quit both on 1/23. It’s a solid reminder of the time-suck these platforms are & how much calmer I’ve been without them.

It’s been 11 days and there are 67 bodies in the Potomac in Washington DC because of him.

They want so badly for me to live in fear and despair. But I’m cuddled in bed right now with my girlfriend and cat, in the house I share with my beloved roommates, and every single one of these heartless bigots I see raging against us looks like they’ve never known love in their lives. I’m grateful.

There is a shortage of air traffic controllers and yesterday, many of them - already stressed - had their livelihoods threatened and their mental health compromised.

There is surely correlation between this crash and mental health.
