Walking down stairs with both hands in pockets.
I had one of these roles in a bank. Paired with business strategy. Not a lot of our work was executed, but a lot did inform what was prioritised, and much of it formed a North Star. Each project took 1-3 months and we answered the big questions like “what is the future of mobile banking?”
Always astounds me how fast a fiddle leaf fig’s leaves grow once they decide it’s time to grow another one.
