Mine should read obsessive interest in Italian & Jewish artistic diaspora, a constant pondering of the mysteries of Manet, Mannerism, Expressionism and oddly specific new side interests in 18th c female patronage of the arts in Russia plus art that features night skies.
My favorite thing here is all the super fascinating academic bios w research interests such as marginalia in French manuscripts, polychrome sculpture, emigration studies, modern sculpture or maybe 19th c mice in oil paintings in the north of England etc.
