Once military board has taken over & civil authority taken away, people will be correct to call it Martial Law. Till then it is just Trump trying to illegally enforce his will over DC. No one is arguing that he isn’t. But report it accurately or you’re just as bad as maga. Facts matter.
When you say “Martial Law” this not an adjective. To say Martial Law has been declared it is not descriptive terminology. You are stating in fact a concrete legally defined action has taken place. My god, and you are a nurse? I would think you would understand why correct terminology is important.

Although there are troops on the streets civil law and civil authority are still in place. We are not under military law anywhere in the US.
