I completely agree, but I think it’s best to be very conscious of when one veers from what is “correct”. There is a fine line between something that looks like a mistake and something that makes a work more engaging. It’s really difficult but also what can make an artwork exceptional (imo)

That’s a bizarrely genius idea. I can perfectly imagine some depressed detective in a trenchcoat complaining about the crime in mars settlement 36, somehow.

I’m so happy that I write in cursive, I can’t imagine picking up a pen and writing in Arial or something. I’m just missing the feather pen…

I didn’t even post the painting that is by banner. I think it took about three hours to make but it will probably never be finished. Created without a sketch or reference and with a strong feeling of spite.
