Its a view of the small round window of the submarine from Iron Lung (spoilers and such) from the inside. Ava and Jack are looking in, both with seemingly mixed emotions knowing they're sending a guy to certain death. There's thin stripes of blood dripping down the glass. The inside has a strong green color whilst the outside has a strong red color.
Its the window again but this time seen from the outside where Ava and Jack are, so you see Simon looking out. Once again the outside is red with blood dripping down while the inside is a strong green color, so a color switch from the last image that makes them match nicely (I think). Simon looks scared/bewildered/in disbelief, his damaged Eden scar is slightly visible on his neck :)
Let him out or smile at him and wave :)
