We've seen this before. We erased it from our school curricula so that the tool would be viable in the future. We must acknowledge the targeted harm this inflicted on Native people and Nations in order to realize the harm that is intended for us. 5/6

Just as unions protect individual workers, Nations are supposed to protect their citizens. Destructive extraction and supply of bodies to feed factories weren't going fast enough for the corporate class, so dissolve the collective protection to feed the machines. 4/6

If we hide from history we are easy victims to the same ravenous desires that have led to catastrophe before. Allotment was also a stage in a long campaign to extinguish the "Indian Problem" (the problem for the US of the existence of Indian NATIONS). 3/6

Was planning on #cycling to work after PT, but my therapist listened to all my reports& manually worked on all the spots I needed. I can move better, but my shoulder girdle is shaking and aching. I'm not sure I can hold myself up on the handle bars. Grateful for a receptive and attentive therapist.

Preparing for a better future.

Reproductive health care managed by patients with their physician (w/o their legislators) saves the lives of women and babies. Refusing to provide same kills women and babies, but somehow calling themselves prolife they claim to be moral and compassionate. Forced birth policies harm everyone.

Got an epidural steroid injection yesterday and today is the first day in just shy of 2800 days (June 18, 2018) I woke without intense and constant pain in the base of my neck. For the first time at PT this morning I gave a pain scale rating of "0? This feels weird." #ChronicPain

Sorry you are dealing with this. I have daily, but not constant, headaches that started in 2020. Not long Covid, but woke from a procedure designed to help with another #ChronicIllness, with completely new limitations. Acceptance and adapting are key. Had to give up my goal of return to prior. #NDPH
