The important thing is to show and tell Capcom this is a fuck up they are making and you aren't okay with it. Capcom can afford to pay people what they're worth and sign a union contract. If they really do believe in protecting workers, unions are their protection. Work with the union.

Not to defend Capcom, but I haven't heard this for their bigger games like Resident Evil, Monster Hunter, etc., so it seems like they want to cut corners on this smaller release. Maybe to test the waters, maybe just because they're trying to make Mega Man as cheap as possible, who knows.
