Hardly any of my favourites are back at Manchester. And what with the bizarre elephant logo, I'm not enthused at all. Went to several matches last year. Probably won't bother this.

This morning's #parkrun at Alexandra Park. #jeffing in tribute to Jeff Galloway RIP. Although these days there is a lot more walking than running.
Will do my best - and these days the best I can do is 4 mins walk, 30 seconds run. Great idea 👏

Got my tickets for the double header too. Thrilled that its Sco v Ire. Will be putting on my best Glaswegian accent and revising words to O Flower of Scotland. (I was brought up in Glasgow for anyone thinking I'm faking it).

Decided to escape the Manchester winter for a week in Paphos in Cyprus. Apparently it's sunny in Manchester but here we have thundery showers and (minor) earthquakes 🫤. It is warm though.
