Zum Glück sagt das mittlerweile absolut nicht mehr "jeder Jugendtrainer immer". Diejenigen, die es tun, würde ich gerne inständig bitten, damit aufzuhören.
Und Medien darum, aufzuhören, sowas zu verbreiten.
Zu sagen "spiel nicht" statt zu sagen "spiel besser". Da braucht sich dann niemand drüber wundern, dass Talente fehlen, wenn man als Fußballkultur so einen Unsinn propagiert. Insbesondere, wenn man schon Kindern sowas einredet. Wie sollen die was lernen, ohne Fehler zu machen?
Man kann das Spiel konzeptionell nicht auf solche Ausrutscher optimieren. Das ist als würde man sagen, wir dürfen kein Auto fahren, weil ja der Reifen platzen kann.
Diese Idee ist die größte Quelle von schlechtem Coaching, das Spieler aktiv schlechter macht.
Zu versuchen, sowas mit einer allgemeinen Regel der Risikovermeidung zu lösen und nicht schlichtweg mit "Kim muss einen Schritt zum Ball gehen" ist der direkte Weg in den Scheißfußball.
Du hast als Mannschaft sofort 20% weniger Ballbesitz und wahrscheinlich 15 Gegentore mehr.
Du kannst nicht sagen, dass ein Weltklasse-Spieler nicht mehr auf einen freien Mitspieler passen soll, weil der Mitspieler bei 1 von 1000 Versuchen vielleicht zufällig einen Vollaussetzer haben könnte.
Dann kannst du aufhören zu spielen. Dann ist alles zu riskant.

Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Kim ist schlichtweg *ein freier Spieler*. ZWANZIG Meter Platz! Er macht dann den Fehler, dass er aus irgendeinem Grund vom Ball wegläuft. Das ist kein normaler Fehler, den man einkalkulieren kann.
Ich möcht mal was zu dem Kimmich-Pass sagen, der in Medien als "Mega-Patzer" und sowas bezeichnet wird. Die Sportschau zitiert extra schlechtes Coaching von schlechten Trainern, um einen falschen Punkt zu machen.
Es gibt Situationen, in denen man wegschlagen sollte, aber das ist dann, wenn..

- Great activity from far half-space.
- Three players with a clear connection.
- Especially the strikers, with the one going away from the ball and blocking the space for the other one asking for the ball below him.

- FB to FB circulation was great to punish lack of midfield-width.
- Focus to find the 6s from the side.
- Central dribblings, forcing reactions from the midfield, creating angles.
- Quick forward touch from the left-back.

Spectacular and super educative goal that Bodo/Glimt scored against Inter in UCL. So many good elements here! In its core, the diagonal connection and the forward runs in that diagonal target zone. I think that's 100% a blueprint for breaking back-five-systems.

It's spectacular if you think about it.
The best squad in the world decides to be like "nah we do without coaching" and we can witness how well that goes against teams that are being coached.
Should be some bonkers thought experiment and we get to see it year by year. Wow.
The model would need to be 100% sure that noone could still jump in to intercept it + it doesn't take the speed of the shot into account, does it? Could be a ball rolling into open goal that some defender from 5m away still can clear?
