Such as, finally finishing the Voron 2.4 build and it now goes nyoom
Following my naming after various characters I've made, this one is Kairon, and Voron 0.2 currently in progress called Kreeza

Overall, a pretty positive end of the year and feeling moderately positive about the year ahead.
This years theme I'm keeping to myself for now, and quite frankly I haven't figured it fully out yet :D
Probably the best way to describe it though would just be "get shit done"
One year on, I'd say I had a pretty good try at following the theme!
Themes aren't about goals but I made progress in a few areas I wanted to, and little/no progress in others.
As always, life goes in different directions then you expect it to which can make it harder to follow :D
Not sure if being on mobile helped haha
What's My JND? 0.0029
Can you beat it? www.keithcirkel.co.uk/whats-my-jnd...
Bilbo looking at his phone top on bottom is ChatGPT After all, why not? Why shouldn't I keep it? You're absolutely right โ you found it, it's been with you a long while, and it's only natural to feel fond of something that's served you so well, especially when someone like Gandalf suddenly seems to want it for himself.

A photo of a plate containing a traditional English Christmas dinner. There are Brussel sprouts, broccoli, lamb, turkey, carrots, potatoes, parsnips and pigs in blankets. It is sitting on a placement that is made of a printed cotton with a world map pattern. The utensils either side are black. On the background, there is a carafe of red wine and a fox shaped pepper grinder
Merry Christmas all!
Hosted for my family this year and happy with how it turned out. Sewn the placements last night and napkins this morning xD
Turkey, lamb and other meat are all from local farms and butchers so i can minimise impact, and it was very tasty. Used the smoker for the lamb!
Three Up to Four Players product covers on a neutral background, with a little illustration of Nadav the GM at the bottom. From left to right: 1. The Crystal Heart graphic novel 2. Crystal Heart: Original Syn - a redacted version of the cover art for SPOILER reasons! 3. Arcane Background: Crystals

It is Jingle Jam time and Jingle Cats is very cursed, as usual

A pile of three Crystal Heart books laid on a white surface topped by another standing one. There's a couple of fake plants for atmosphere!

Now socket the disco ball Crystal and let's party!
Went to go see Hot Milk, voice is now shot
Been getting more into concerts the last year and turns out I think I just had a bad experience the first time I did one! Been learning to just let myself go and get into it
Photo of an old looking journal entry with a sketch of a map on it
The other side of the journal entry, with a sketch of a room and a sketch of a crystal
I can finally post here now I've run the session but I put together these for my Friday D&D session!
A lot of fun to put them together and it's great to hand out physical props.
I originally did the sketches with pencil, but redone them on my tablet so I can reuse them for future things~
Finally catching up on Andor Season 2, just watched "Welcome to Rebellion" and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa it's such a good series
Not enough time to put a full costume together this year but went with a Dragon Witch!
The dragon eye was commissioned from a friend many years ago and the wire wrapped one I brought during a wire weaving workshop earlier this year ^^
Hat was made by me
Photo of an empty, barely lit stage with two mics on it. In the foreground, there is a crowd waiting around
Once again, I went to go see @bughunterbug.bsky.social and Narcissist Cookbook and had another fantastic show.
I love the small venues and how closely knit it all feels, but was quite packed this time
Can't wait till next year ^^
But I love my little goblin, the setting is where people see goblins as evil so it'll be fun to roleplay those scenarios when they come up. And I get to do a fun voice which I always love :3
Now currently up to 3 in-person campaigns and they run so differently. One is just a "one-shot" however
I've recently joined a Pathfinder 2e game and it's so familiar yet so different to other systems I've played. Playing an Alchemist and figuring out the amount of formulae I can take took more time than I care haha
Very much agreed, would like some normality
This was so fun, I've been keeping an eye on @pvkkgame.bsky.social for months since it was announced and to be able to play on an actual physical version with @hopefighter.bsky.social was SO GOOD
Can't wait for it to be out
A photo of a small fox plush looking towards the south entrance of Gamescom, sitting on a copy of the boardgame SETI
A photo of a small orange fox plush sitting on a small toy yellow roller machine
A busy day at Gamescom! Zoe picked up SETI to play and the developers at Road Craft gave me a big roller to play around with ๐
Tactical Breach Wizards is a year old today! To celebrate, we're rewinding the whole last year to see if it can be done better or if it's just a bullshit level.
In the meantime, we're 25% off til Monday! store.steampowered.com/app/1043810/... .
Photo of the box of the boardgame BombBusters sitting on a white table. There is a small orange fox plush sitting on the bottom right corner of the box
It seems that @foxmini.bsky.social has been doing some plotting and planning...
Photo of the inside of a boardgame shop. The photo shows walls lined high with various boardgames. It is taken from the top of a set of stairs
Went to a boardgame shop in Cologne and LOOK AT THIS! It went down another level as well, and had any game you could think of

A comic of two foxes, one of whom is blue, the other is green. In this one, Blue approaches Green with enthusiasm, which Green reciprocates. Blue: Cuddles! Green: Cuddles! Blue wraps himself around Green, coiled up like a snake, his eyes contently closed. Green seems surprised. Green: Ough, you're really warm. Blue: Yep. Blue makes no effort to let go of Green, who is starting to look frustrated. Green: I'm sweating. Blue: I noticed. Green frowns, while Blue grips him tighter. Green: Release me. Blue: No. Suffer.
Out and about! Mini fox doing the excellent job of documenting the trip
Finally played Blood on the Clocktower and did it in person! I was the storyteller, only 6 players unfortunately but hopefully more next time
Picture of a glass table with a fire in the middle. There in a plate on the table with eaten food on it, and a person in a stripy shirt sitting behind the table
Friends and fire, both help provide relief in difficult times
(it's also been nice to have something to focus on and sink into, even if the tool head part is giving me major decision paralysis)
Photo of a partially assembled Voron 2.4 in black and purple
Photo of an upside down Voron 2.4 showing the electronics bay
So after owning the kit for almost two years, finally trying to get on top of my project pile and began building the Voron 2.4.
Still plenty to do, tool head is the next big thing. It's taken a week so far, think I'll have it done end of next week
(And yes I did fix that belt)
A print of a message that reads: "I think I've lost all hope" said the fox. "There is always hope" replied the moon, " even if it's just the faintest glimmer, it's always there... like stars in the night sky" "I do like stars" said the fox. The print has a red fox looking up to the moon in a snowy setting
Today's message to myself and whoever needs it (from foxunderthemoonart.com, a lot of their art has helped me recently)
