A sauce is meant to compliment, not dominate. If you need a sauce with stronger taste, it means you’re eating shitty food. Ketchup, and sauces like it, might save a shitty fry, but it will ruin a good one. Mayonnaise may be simple, but that’s the entire point.
Lies. Ketchup is too dominant of a dip for fries, it completely overshadows the taste of a good fry. But mayo? Mayo complements it, makes the taste just a little livelier without over doing it. Of course, if you truly want the *best* experience, get chili mayo.
