Man, 60 Minutes has fallen so far. They did a whole segment on the "AI (Scam) Artist)" Refik Anadol and they don't even talk about the fact that he just steals information from someone else.

I think so, that's important!
Going to try this again after a reboot and driver install www.twitch.tv/crushergerald More Resident Evil Requiem
I get a tiny amount of mental damage when I think about the fact that Priss' name is "Priscilla Asagiri". No wonder she is called "Priss", can you imagine calling her "Priscilla"?
So it looks like Resident Evil Requiem is just "Eye trauma: The Game" Oh boy for me: www.twitch.tv/crushergerald

The talk about Nagoshi had me wondering βwhat about that Yu Suzuki game that got announced last year, is it okayβ
Turns out it not only came out early last year to no fanfare but Netflix already delisted it from their Netflix Games platform. yikes
Typical "Amy Shinarui" fan...
"Amy Shinarui" who looks mysteriously like Mai Shiranui
Look Paul, I know you like Mai Shiranui because you're a pervert but have you thought about....
Aww yeah, my favorite new shirt arrived, Freiren never looked better.
So an "artist" can put on a show of "their work" and effectively hire other people to make art for the show that he takes credit for. I mean, what's the point of the show of HIS art when it's not even his art? This wasn't even a major point of the documentary, just a side thing and it broke me.
Something definitely broke in me after I saw the documentary "Exit Through the Gift Shop", in it this hack artist is putting on a show of his work. Presumably that is HIS work, the work he has made, but in it they interview his graphic designer and the directions they were given on works to make.
So literally the only reason you'd ever pay for email with Proton Mail has now been totally thrown out, do not use Proton Mail.
There's an upcoming Votoms doujin and the organizer said it includes an interview with Minoru Nonaka, who did the manga adaptation. He's also the main artist behind Cybercop. I don't know much about it but dig Chirico with bushy eyebrows.
Hereβs whatβs coming and leaving HIDIVE in March! Start planning your watchlist π
The way that is phrased could be taken multiple ways and I'm in favor of both
They need to take a hint from Macross: Do You Remember Love and show the boobs of characters you never saw on TV, that would make them classics!
It's also kind of amazing to me that it seems every single anime movie gets super high marks on MAL, seems like everyone just wants spectacle in their movies and nothing else. Just have a LOAD of animation and that's all you need.
So while it's a beautiful movie to look at, I feel like it fails to emotionally connect you to the characters. I've only watched the first two seasons of the series, not played the games and I think LESS familiarity might actually work better for this movie, knowing this character will be dumped.
It's a hell of a lot better than the shitty "100 Meters" movie which was a racing movie as if written by robot Christopher Nolan, but Umamusume just moves its characters on too, this should have been a climax to a story from the TV series like say for Love Live but instead it's all new.
Like, Uma shuffles around its cast so frequently, you only really get one season with them and then they're moved out of the way in favor of new ones before the audience is either emotionally attached or emotionally done with them.
So the Umamusume movie was...complicated? It looks beautiful, really well animated (in 2D!) races and even a concert done in mostly 2D, so it gets 100 points there, but....problem is that the movie is kind of....boring?
Literally all buddy had to do was look up the name of one single solitary Japanese cartoon that aired in the 20 solid years between 1970 and 1989, but apparently this is too much for both our most advanced LLM programs *and* the dimmer members of the posting-nonsense-about-anime community.
So the internet seems to love Nagatoro from "Don't Toy With Me Miss Nagatoro" so I decided to check out the show. Personally, I'd rather buy it on blu-ray and watch it that way but it seems like the show has never gotten a physical release. So weird for a show as popular as it is.
I really wonder if those were legitimately licensed in the first place.
Champignon Witch is a very cheap show but it has a lot of charm, which is more important than anything. Animated shoujo is so rare so I will enjoy what I can get and it's very worth it.
Actually it's probably been longer than 30 years since it was released here
Awesome news, it's been close to 30 years since this was seen in America (although I would love to get a blu-ray with those old dubs)
the anime sfx-making tool! It's called ANIMEVOX, in big letters up top. Then there's the controls: In vertical pairs: Left: Pitch Rise Rise speed Reverb Room size On the right: Wobble Speed Wobble Amount Tone Brightness Volume Next is a row of keys: Randomize - randomizes the sound parameters UNDO/ REDO - go back to parameters you liked Export Wav - self explanatory, it saves a copy of the latest sound to your hard drive. Then the fun buttons, with cute art styles: IMPACT, sparkle, beam, powerUP, PON, BOOM, slash, woosh Each produces a preset sound, which then goes through the fx chain. Hope you enjoy it!
I made a tool that makes retro anime sound effects. Meet AnimeVox!
I made it for a game, but it's free to use.
I'm using the forgotten (but popular in 80s japan) Schroeder reverb algo, and some wobble.
If you find it useful consider supporting me on itch :)

Youtube did take it down, and I've had no luck getting it back up there. However, it's been uploaded to the Internet Archive.
