So now I have some permanent metaprogress upgrades.

Its got a little roguelite element to the shmup waves now, but you also get powerups during gameplay like a standard shmup.

I'm definitely leaning far more casual than hardcore here.

Got the two major halves of the prototype connected to where players can join a lobby through Steam, have everyone ready up, then have everyone transported into the procedurally generated (assembled) level, which they can explore together

This part of the game stuck with me the most my first play through of pikmin 4 so I decided to redraw it but, i didnt like how the colors came out and i decided to abandon it ahaha

Oh yeah same it took me a lot of time but ultimately I've done it. Especially the trail is of the sage leaf.

they should have a pikmin maker game. like mariomaker but pikmin. so people can make their own dandori challenges and upload them online and i can have infinite pikmin dandori challenges to do for the rest of my llfe
