St David’s Day was always celebrated by the students on the Lampeter campus. The archives has a wonderful collection of St David’s Day menus, including this one which was celebrated in Valparaiso in Chile in 1913!

Our volunteers are currently working through a collection of letters from Edward Thomas to his friend and fellow poet, Gordon Bottomley. They have also transcribed his letters and diaries from Cardiff University Special Collections & Archives and National Library Wales. They love his words ❤️
