We do not pledge allegiance to Wall Street, U-A-W. We don’t pledge allegiance to greed. We pledge allegiance to no one president.
We pledge allegiance to a nation — our nation, the United States of America — to the betterment of all people.
But this flag doesn’t mean those things just because someone said it. This flag means those things because we do it — because we dedicate ourselves and live up to it with our actions. That’s what makes this flag mean something.
The white stands for the purity of our commitment to one another — as Americans and as human beings. The purity of our unity, U-A-W. The purity of our love for our fellow man.
The blue — for justice and vigilance for one another.
The United States of America — where the red stands for the valor of Americans, including the labor activists who died and spilled blood so that we could have a weekend, health care, and dignified wages in this country.

It’s easy to be “pro-democracy” where you’re already popular. The work that matters is being stubborn about your neighbors’ dignity when it costs you something.
People deserve decent pay, affordable healthcare, good public schools, safe roads, clean water, and a government that works for regular folks… not just donors, lobbyists, and the loudest extremists in the room.
You’re the ones who knock the doors anyway. You’re the ones who keep the lights on at the county party. You’re the ones who show up to school board meetings, budget hearings, union halls, food pantries, and neighborhood cleanups and still say the quiet part out loud:

Sunlight isn’t a distraction. It’s the prerequisite.
“Just unify” has become the all-purpose gag order.
It’s what gets said right before the same insiders make the same calls… and everyone else gets blamed for not clapping hard enough.
Because that’s the tell: they’re not saying “we don’t have answers.”
They’re saying “we have answers, and we’re not showing our work.”
Would knowing the underlying issues “distract” us…
