So, with all the racist cops on forces across the US, we should call 9-1-1 and hope help arrives that will NOT see the color of our skin or where we live as the REAL issue?

A 19-year-old girl and a man were killed, and a 12-year-old girl was injured. In a country with easy access to guns, safety is no longer something families can count on.
