I looove portraits!! ❤️❤️❤️ I am the kind of person that needs to repeat things endlessly to improve so I would like to have even more time to learn oils 😂 and also true, it’s easier to go on painting in my free time by changing from digital to traditional 🥰

Yeah I’ll definitely think how to reward myself 😅 but I’ve also realised that I need to rethink my work schedule because the reason I find this more overwhelming than it should it’s the idea of finding two extra hours somehow for something I hate when I’m already so tired
That’s why I have a pt, because I wouldn’t go if he wasn’t there waiting for me 😅 i gave up on trying to find it enjoyable, so i had to find other ways like this external pressure 😂 that’s how I’ve been constant for three years, no sport or other activity I tried ever lasted this long!
I appreciate that you are really trying to help, but I don’t think there is literally anything that will make keeping the cardio range more bearable or less painful for me 😂 I’m 42, I’ve tried loads of way to enjoy exercise in my life, it’s not going to happen. I’m just venting 🤷♀️ but I’ll do it
It’s not to lose weight, it’s to strengthen the heart, so a treat could actually work fine. But usually I’m so tired after exercising that I can’t even eat 😂 but I should think about that!
I relate so much. I tried yoga, hated that too. When I started with my pt, all my friends who like the gym were like “oh you don’t like it now, but after a while you’ll love it!” 3 years in, I’m still waiting for it to happen.
It’s already too hidden for what I’m supposed to do 😂
It’s to stress the heart so it needs to be an intense activity sustained as long as I can that I should increase with time, cross trainer and rower are what he would like me to do, so I’m already cheating with thinking about dance cardio 😅
