Probably worth mentioning that we've played 8 games in a month, of which only 2 were at home.
Not a massive amount of travel in that time, but we've certainly had to contend with teams not playing 3 times a week (Chelsea/Sp*rs aside) bouyed by home support.

That save from Cortois might be the best I've seen him make. Staggering reflexes and reach.

I mean, there's (rightly) been complaints about our performance tonight, but looking at City....

If City are to get through this tie they're going to have to work really, really, really hard and put their bodies, no, EVERYTHING, on the line!

Haaland really does look like a hunched Ogre when he runs with the ball — and without it.

I am not feeling annoyed by Arsenal at all.
However, I will now go and think about Sp*rs.

Leverkusen fortunate Andrech was on the pitch to score for them.

I'm looking no further than Everton.
Compartmentalising the anxiety and nerves.
One game at a time.

Could have been a loss, maybe should have been a loss, but wasn't.
Eyes now on Everton.

Seems to be a strong wind in Leverkusen that only seems to be knocking the Leverkusen players over. Something for the Met Office to look at.

No, I do not condone it, but I do at least now understand it.

Given the way we've noodled around, I don't think we entirely deserve that, but, given that I don't think Andrech should even have been on the pitch to score the opener, I'll take it.

It's fairly damning to say it, but his failures occur whenever he has to engage his brain. A player of pure instinct.

Another thing: why are Arsenal pushing the lightning bolt so much lately? I've seen a 'bolt' used on an increasing number of company/product logos recently, so it's not unique. In fact, it reminds me less of mid '90's Arsenal, and more of tacky knock-off kids toys from the '90's.

Seems to be running again. Maybe it just crashes when 2 or 3 people go to read the line-up news.

Not entirely sure I can support even the notion of replacing one injury prone RB with another injury prone RB.
