Colchester with Thunder this evening

Dereham this evening. Did warm ups and some skillzzzz but having a bit of an issue with the calf still

Had a super evening with Thunder, however Ive done something to my leg again, a slight tear possibly, least im still able to walk ok, though will prob need to be on the side with things for the next week or so…I’m not taking any chances

A cold and hurty back, however an evening to show support down in Colchester

I ran the warm ups and then loved Harveys skills session this evening, some great drills :-)
Oh and new hats all round 💜

Dereham is a sweet club, proper grass roots and community focused

Also excited that I was given instruction on kicking (a side mission) I went from utterly hopeless to not great in minutes which was pleasing

Tonights training at Dereham was good fun. Right back to basics and getting the foundations right

Nice to see the Iceni website at its new web address 👍

Monday nights training with Colchester Thunder was great fun, and no pain from my calf which was a major win 🥇
