I bought a 28-200 for travel and it's not perfect but I basically never take it off now. I wish it was slightly wider at the wide end but it makes the whole thing feel like an (extremely heavy and bulky) point-and-shoot. I really like the versatility.

From a quick google, looks like it gets about 10 tokens/s on Llama3.3 70b. Any idea what you're expecting from your 3090s?

After a few minutes it was obvious that this wasn't a bold stylistic choice. Like the time we watched 5 minutes of a game of thrones episode with only the music track working before we realised Turns out it makes a lot more sense if you start from the start/have the narration track enabled.
My Chromecast suggested some show on Prime at the top of the home screen, so I clicked "watch now". It started playing episode 10 instead of episode 1.
I thought "ooh this is a bold start to a show. They haven't introduced any characters, but clearly these two guys are gearing up for something"
Anyone know of an "AI agent" platform that can email someone for a response then push-notify me when they reply? And maintain context throughout it all?
This feels like it ought to exist already but I haven't been watching the space closely for long so I haven't seen it done.

Been working on making it possible to connect Claude Desktop to a Cloudflare Worker using the new MCP spec, and it works!
You write some functions in a Worker, document them with JSDoc, and then they show up in Claude for you to use. It's kinda magical.

Just implemented and deployed a complete GitHub oauth login flow /entirely on my phone/ using Claude and Cloudflare Workers
Man, being able to chat with my Cloudflare account is next level. 🤯
I just asked Claude to "give me a list of all users stored in the prod D1 database" and, well, that's exactly what it did. The same goes for interacting with R2, even creating objects and deleting everything after testing. 😮
