Thankfully these days I listen to my body, eat when I’m hungry and what I’m craving, somewhat the same with sleep and the like. As a result I’m fat as heck but healthier than I had been. Thank you friend ^^

Honestly yeah, it’s pricks like him that have caused my previous struggles around disordered eating.

For someone who works with often disordered eating, he speaks with no sympathy or empathy. The people he’s speaking to are going through extremely difficult situations, but he seems to view their struggles as “laziness” cause fat.

Plus he’s a TV doctor which is already fairly wrong in my opinion.

Generally speaking it’s the remaining juices/ fat/ wine or whatever from the cooking of the meat, strained and cooked off until thickened. Sometimes emulsifiers like butter or roux can be added to make a pan sauce.
