The Walk for Peace monks leaving North Carolina and heading north into Virginia.
Wednesday evening the #walkforpeace monks crossed over the border from North Carolina into Virginia. The lead monk is not wearing the stole with all of the badges that were gifted to them. It has become very heavy and has caused his back to hurt. He now has three stoles full of badges and pins.

The Walk for Peace monks spent last night at an elementary school in Warrenton NC. A medical team visited them to support their mission. Today is Day 95 and they plan to walk to Gasburg VA. On the road again.
