24 hours to in the transfer window and all we have to show for it is two signings from our sister club Udinese. 5 defenders on the bench yesterday, a striker banned for 3 games and Cleverley who was pretty much sacked only for a failed work permit to save his job. It can only be #watfordfc & Pozzo!

Watford FC are really taking this to the wire making any signings in this transfer window - yes we did sign Abankwah from Udinese (that doesn't count!). We've been linked with so many players, but nobody has signed on the dotted line. #watfordfc

I think that was Watford's best home performance this season. Can see Vata getting a regular starting place. Defence were excellent. Ngakia demonstrated why he is highly rated. Love Georgi but needs to not be so greedy - missed a couple opportunities for assists. Louza back to his best. #watfordfc

Porteous and Louza deserve special mentions. Bachmann had one of his best games although his kicking distribution is still a bit iffy.

A good win tonight for #WatfordFC. Good to see Porteous back to his best - calm and strong. Andrews goal well taken and had a good game. Louza is now the engine of the team - stays injury free, we should make play-offs. Bachmann - good game - confidence boost with a clean sheet.

Oh I thought he was decent - certainly better than most we've seen this season. Why was he that bad? Did he not let the game flow?
