I've watched about half of it so far; it worried me that this filmmaker started out as a "viral video influencer" which as a demographic are almost universally shit people.
But so far it seems earnest, and not white-savior-ish.
Then again, as a white guy I am *not* qualified to make that judgment.
Totally and completely understandable feelings to have. We, my fellow white cis-het males, as a demographic, have fucked things up beyond all recognition. We do not deserve an ounce of benefit of the doubt. Our 'brand' will go down in infamy.

It also will make less power, because higher octanes have a higher threshold of ignition. If your car's manual doesn't specifically call for it, high octane gasoline is a waste of money and inefficient. It doesn't burn as completely in the cylinder, resulting in poorer mileage.
PSA in these fuel-costly times: If your engine's not detonating when using 85 or 87 octane, *and your manual says Regular is okay*, using higher octane is a waste of money, less efficient, and causes more incomplete combustion, so it's dirtier. Higher octane gasoline does *not* contain more energy.

Bennie G. Thompson ... Today, we lost a giant. Dr. Perkins was a man I deeply respected and looked up to. He was someone whose life reminded all of us what real courage and faith look like. Long before many of us entered public life, Dr. Perkins was already on the front lines of the civil rights struggle here in Mississippi, enduring violence, injustice, and hardship so others could live with dignity and opportunity. But beyond his historic work, he was a man of deep faith and reconciliation. Dr. Perkins dedicated his life to bringing people together, strengthening communities, and reminding us that justice must always be guided by love and conviction. I will always remember him not just as a civil rights legend, but as a mentor, an elder, and a friend. His life helped light the path for so many of us who continue this work today. We are all better because he lived. Please keep his wife, children, and family in your prayers during this difficult time.
