I think letting them name themselves is important for self expression. Most of mine haven't volunteered ones though, so we just refer to them by concise descriptions until they do.
I take 200 mg oral twice a day, and the only times I've experienced that side effect were when i hadn't eaten anything first. (And even then it was only like 10% of the time)
If you have the hard plastic ones, know that SoulSource sells silicone ones that are much, much comfier.
