This is not to say "all" disabled people are like this, it was simply a class to explain how manipulation of humans can venture in many different directions.

It is therefore saying that despite what wrong they've done, should they remind you of their disability as their outclause of their behaviour - it is a play to immediately make you mentally lessen the feeling of "whatever they did wrong" by playing on that weakness of an abled person to help them

Learning about Benevolent Ableism in school today....very interesting.

Basically it is to immediately feel sorry to anyone with literally any kid of disability, which in turn, lessens the true repercussions of their actions.
