I’m so so sorry my friend 🫂💔

Am I itchy because I’ve taken some liberties with food recently, or from the new med I started a week and a half ago? I do sometimes have delayed MCAS reactions.

Guess I’ll be stricter with food and see what happens. The med is supposed to HELP the MCAS…

Or kids?

We have air purifiers in every room and replace the filters when the reminder light turns on. I know you’re supposed to vacuum them in between but… see aforementioned lack of carpet vacuuming

Ohh that filter. That makes sense. We tried replacing the filter when we moved in and it never either properly so we’ve just never used it 🤷‍♀️

Wait. The fridge has a filter that needs to be replaced?!?

My spouse has reminders for the AC filter and we upgraded to better quality than was here when we moved in. He’s super on top of that. HIWEVER. The vacuuming … severely neglected. Our youngest had a big allergy flare up this week so I’m on a mission.

So I legit had no idea the vacuum has a filter that’s supposed to get replaced.

Also, I looked at the carpet on the stairs (which I can’t and don’t use) and that… was a mistake. 😳😬

We usually do a combo of candy and little toys — animal figures, bouncy galls, mochi squishies. One year I did gems (fancy rocks), last year some tiny lego imitation sets… but truly my house is overrun. I’m thinking about doing coins this year to switch it up

I feel this. We finally put a dresser in my room, within reach from sitting on my bed — after 3+ years of being in bed! That then helped make space to organize my massive heap of accumulated medical supplies and my food and books — the difference is amazing. Such a huge help for my daily life

I’ll get hate for this but we use the electric zapper traps. They’re still only mildly effective—once one dies in a trap no other rat comes near it, despite being cleaned out and new bait.

I last used a sewing machine in 7th grade home ec…. I can mend seams and sew on buttons but that’s about it.

#FiberArts #Sewing friends — direct me to starter sewing machines. Inexpensive, simple, easy to learn on but not a kid machine but a tween/teen could use (does this exist?) My kid’s 12 and has been asking for years — *if* I can get someone to teach her I’d like to pursue this eventually
