I think it's also awareness of the cameras. It's incredible how much they have worked on some streets. People drive the speed limit when they know there are cameras that will ticket them. Weekend drivers are more likely not to know or remember.
One problem I have with these warnings is they come like a month to two later. (Yes, I got one in SF when they same was happening.) If the turnaround was less than I week I think it would hit a lot harder and change more people's behavior.
I know a few people who are dealing with real world multiperson projects where "99% of the code is by claude" situations, and while some people here may have different experiences, they all say the software falls apart spectacularly far, far too often.
(and then there's the perverse incentive to just be heroic and do it all yourself which is exactly what you don't want in a leadership role!)
People above are getting inundated with proposals where many are not reasonable or well thought out. People trying to get promoted feel like they have to backing to get shit done, while people under that are never sure who is responsible for the goals they are following, no matter what OKRs say.
Too many places I've worked have had this "you need to do the work of the next level to get promoted" ideal. Which means you need to do the work that's often about leadership and planning without having any remit for that role, and it's frustrating for everyone at all levels of the chain.
