Now reading The Buffalo Hunter Hunter, by Stephen Graham Jones. Been looking forward to this, completing my journey through his horror catalog (until his next later this year...). To my surprise, a key character is Lutheran. I'M Lutheran! We'll see if that'a good thing... #horror

Zach is reading the current final book of the Outlander series, Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone (Diana Gabaldon). NOT Jim's style, but hey, our channel has wide taste between the 2 of us. You know an author has found success when they can pull off a title like that. #fantasy #outlander

Finished King Sorrow, by Joe Hill. Wow, a really well-written story. Deeply embedded in culture and history of the past few decades. Not truly scary, more a suspenseful drama with some horror and thriller vibes. I'll do a review soon. #horror #suspense #KingSorrow

Finished Kings of the Wyld. I get it now. Heck of a fun book to read. Got off to a slow start for my pref, but got better & better, & by the last 20% of the novel, easy to just keep turning those pages. The Band. What a bunch of characters. Together, something special. #fantasy

King Sorrow, 87%: This has been a rich, complex, and fascinating horror thriller. Gritty. Real. And yet so much more. Best Joe Hill I've read so far. Not for the meek - there's definitely harsh, disturbing elements. But this is REALLY well written, IMO. #horror
