Here's Kôdo, the last of the three elemental divinities !

Worked on some worldbuilding art yesterday for my Yinshin species (and the world where Ébène lives).
A fish that transports you from a Reflection portal to another via the World Reflection. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the most distant portal this way.

Woaw... This is such crazy work, the details and colours are wonderful! I'm mesmerized by the clouds as well!

Have the sashes (it's called a Divine Veil on their case), I roughly draw a shape with a brush with high pressure sensitivity in an almost with colour. Duplicate the layer, put it under, gaussian blur and colour it in a more saturated colour
