Interesting questions! As a clinical, non- bio/physio person, I feel like the answer almost certainly has to involve collaborating w the person around the right sit- or time-based frame to ref their current exp, right? To approx. a comparison between degree or quality of mood/anx now vs....(past)?

I am in need of a licensed psychologist who has DBT expertise (ideally with adolescents) to serve on a K23 DSMB. I hate asking for folks for free labor. My hope is it wouldn't amount to more than 3 hours or so per year. Anyone willing?
That a Chipotle meal ordered for pickup seems to always be 1/2 the size as a Chipotle meal ordered in person! Esp bc when I'm ordering for pick-up, I'm usually 2x as hungry 😩
