Holy smokes, the @speedballbailey.bsky.social vs Kyle Fletcher match on this week's #AEWDynamite was sensationally good. The action ramped up throughout and those two had the crowd right where they wanted them. Some killer false finishes and left the audience wanting a rematch immediately. Terrific.

There are many many other reason to not have them in every game, but and many reasons that makes sense for other games.

Im not saying NO games should have difficulty settings, I'm saying that not all games require them nor should have them.

Im a fan of the game mode "Normal" being the designed and tuned the experience to reflect their intended experience by the designer. Also to clarify, I am not saying NO games should have difficulty settings, Im saying that NOT ALL need them or should have them shoehorned in.

Difficulty settings mostly only every affect a giant spreadsheet of damage and health tables. I know, i had to balance them across multiple genres for years.

I like how your flex is "I have played games for a long time and own a bunch too." Like my guy, you are not the only graybeard gamer. I also played from Pong to today, and I am also a game designer with over 40 credited titles.

End of day, go play your easy mode and be happy.

Darks Souls is a very easy game. Elden Ring is a very easy game. The whole "FromSoftware games are hard " is the bad take.

And no, we don't need every game to be easy just like we dont need every game to be hard.

There are more than enough games for all skills levels.

Again, your just describing a skill issue. Not every game needs to be tailored for everyone's skill level and they shouldn't be.

There are plenty of on rails, no risk games out there where you wont be asked to be good or skilled. There is no reason to dumb down an entire industry of content.

This is the best argument against difficulty setting a in video games. If you read The Great Gatsby on easy mode, you def did not read The Great Gatsby.

I guess I don’t see your point. I mean EVE booked everyone for that card, they all showed up and had a great show, but it sounds like you have an issue with Will, and that’s fine. But everyone took part on the show but only Will gets flamed for it. Either way have a good one. No harm intended.

I’m not “ coming at you” , I am just asking a question. You are upset at Will for hiring his dubious pal, all of the wrestling talent were also hired. Is it because he worked the show or because he’s friends with Will? Cause everyone else worked the same show.

Are you also upset at Willow, Nyla, Windsor or any of the other women for participating in the show? No shade, just curious were the outrage starts and stops.

I for one am looking forward to #aew Revolution and am not paying any attention to anyone who is intentionally vauge posting for clout.

I like him, but I don’t know why wrestlers air dirty laundry like this. It never helps their situation.
