Not sure what happened in 1995, perhaps that version closed or it moved, but it definitely continued to operate until 2022. Here’s primary source— Master Joshua (well respected on NYC’s bdsm scene) discussing Paddles closing “after 26 years” in 2022, which would put its opening date at 1996.

@leatherarchives.bsky.social would love to confirm the year on this. saturday on Oct 28 occurred in 95, 2000, and 2006 (AFAIK paddles was around during those years, although maybe 95 is too early.)
