Bogie on one. Totally over.
We all understand how devastating itβll be to watch Cam Young blow a five stroke lead tomorrow, yes?
Spot-on analysis from @alexkirshner.com on Scottie Scheffler not giving a shit about Growing The Game, caring only for winning and moving on to the next challenge.
His winning speech at the Open was the most uninspiring thing I've ever witnessed in pro sports.

Yeah Bryson is the ultimate dome golfer
Bryson finishes the Open third in ball striking, second off the tee, and first in distance. Same old stuff for the YouTube golfer.
Rahm thought he could get his LIV cash and remain relevant while playing on a tour that's watched by like 12,000 people on FS1 a few weekends a summer.
I wouldn't group Lowry with Rahm. Rahm is miserable every minute of every round. Lowry at least cracks a smile and seems not to hate golf.
Scottie is in Tiger Territory. He's boring and robotic but he's Tiger now. Nevertheless.
I get why theyβre cheering Rory so vigorously. But he has zero chance of winning. None. The crowds should know that.
Rahm is so embarrassing. Just a huge damn baby who clearly regrets the biggest decision of his entire life.
Very few LIV guys are serious about the game. Iβve watched a little LIV this summer and these guys are mostly going through the motions. Total joke tour.
Man, Cam Smith stinks. Gonna miss the cut at The Open by at least four shots and finished 146th out of 156 players in ball striking through two rounds. He even lost strokes on the green.
Dude is cooked.
When an English golf announcer says a golf pro βknows how to have a good timeβ they are saying the golfer has an alarming drinking problem and theyβre scared for him
British Open shaping up to be a straight ball paradise
Davis Thompson shoots two over today while easily leading the field in putting. Not the best.
Nicolai Hojgaard leading the British Open while being almost dead last in ball striking. I'm not mad!
Azinger rails against golf analytics and I think he has a point. "There are players who need to know a little and players who need to know it all. Which one do you think is easier?"
Good stuff from Paul Azinger about how basically everyone on Tour is a shut-face rotator now. Azinger was ahead of that trend by decades. Folks said it couldn't work. Turns out it does.

I realized this late last night. Shiiiiit.
oh noooo
Cam Champ has played shockingly well lately. Ball striking metrics are fine through two rounds, and he's been crazy long and accurate off the tee for a few weeks now.
Looking at some showdown stuff for tomorrow.
Paul Peterson is ... interesting. Insanely accurate (and short) off the tee. 12th in approach on the week. Top 30 in proximity from the fairway.
Iβve convinced myself Potgieter will fall apart today. Not wishing it on the kid. Heβs fun to watch and everything. But that iffy putting stroke is gonna falter under pressure. #PGA #golf
for sure
best putters on the PGA tour
Putting matters this week more than it usually does so here are the Tour's best putters since January.
Cam Champ has never been more back.
For folks playing showdown DFS tomorrow, consider Smalley, Perez, and David Skinns. Detroit Golf Club knower @topher2.bsky.social is very into Smalley.
Tommy has no dawg in em
Oh baby
Dunlap is second to last this week in ball striking, fifth to last in greens in regulation, and dead last by miles in strokes gained off the tee. He's probably the worst player on Tour right now. Dude needs a reset.
