My name is Merritt Filban and I’ve been in GameDev for over 15 years, working mostly in EnvArt, but specializing primarily in Material related work. I’ve been at Respawn Entertainment for the last 3 years, and was at Ubisoft Toronto for almost 10. Here are the last 4 Games I’ve worked on!
So far so good. Chin mostly feels ok, looks a bit gnarly though. Worst part was getting whiplash. Neck pain starting to go down. Maybe the scar will look cool, lol. Thanks!
Here’s a fun way to start @bsky.app! 2 nights ago, right before dinner with the fam, cleaning my office, tripped on the dog’s cage, failed to grasp anything with my hands, and landed with my chin on the edge of my desk. Immediately profusely begin bleeding. Ended up at the hospital with 7 stitches.
