the stats!!

finally finished knitting my step by step sweater ! 🧶
lesson for next time: absolutely do a gauge swatch. this is WAY oversized (but super comfy!!!)

thinking when i finish knitting my sweater if i should make the stats ive been recording into a spotify wrapped template lol 🧶

i have 15 rows left on my step by step sweater & i think i’ve really learned the tubular cast off!!
so so excited for when i finish my first knit!!🧶

i’ve literally just started the arms! they’re not as bad as you’d think!!
my issue was only that the cast on stitches i had to pick up were pretty tight but it’s not the end of the world :)

sweater body complete ! i’ve knit my stitches too loose so it’s accidentally too big but oversized is better than undersized :) 🧶

done now i’ve got them back on ! need to manage it better.. literally saw this start happening ten rows ago

oh my god i lost 20 stitches today from my interchangeable needles connector disconnecting??
first time having to pick up dropped stitches when knitting and it was SO STRESSFUL🧶

although i love eurovision i feel like last year dulled my sparkle a little?
last year i had all nfs in my calendar and this year im not even looking

I got the stitch counts per day as I actually have another table where I write out the total stitches per row, any increases and the total stitch count.
For the day by day stuff I just pulled from that!

Anyway p cool to make people guess your stitch count lol

my big autistic trait is that i make spreadsheets for everything, including knitting.
here's mine for my step by step sweater so far:

just knit a whole round before realising i didn’t slip my BOR marker and it’s just.. gone 🥲🧶

just got apple music and so far i have one playlist and it only has Judgement and Bakamitai from Yakuza lol

oh my god i just realised in the step by step sweater it says to repeat rows 1 and 2 35 times

i got to 35 rows thinking i was done then realised i was only halfway..

see i got into Yakuza (during Ichiban games) bc im a sucker for turn based but now im going back to Kiryu stuff i’ll need to see how i like other combat styles lol

but these sound amazing ill defo check them out !!
