Identify your limits, never ignore pain, blood immediately means the end of a session and rest for at least two days, the more the better, use more lube than you think you need, and if training for endurance, don't be overzealous and only add an hour or so to your max at a time, and size down!!

Thank you!! I switched almost exclusively to Gaff and Go in maybe 2022, before then I was using StripItBack. However I also made my own prototype set of 8 latex tucking thongs back in 2023.... 3 have ripped in 2025 so I'm due for a set replacement soon since they've seem to reached "expiration"
