When the dogs walk on this ice, there's a graceful little crunch that only sometimes breaks the surface. When I walk on the ice, it sounds like dumping glass into the bin at the recycling center. I'm leaving enormous yeti footprints, too.

A ton of middle schoolers home with the flu probably means a ton of middle schoolers in class with the flu, too. Hoping my kid makes it through Friday without getting sick. 😬
